SUPERVISION

I am a clinical supervisor meeting the criteria and regulations of CRPO. I provide ongoing individual supervision and case consultation.

In supervision, we will work collaboratively on case conceptualization and treatment planning, with attention to the relational and emotional processes that emerge in clinical work. This includes exploring moments where you may feel stuck with a client, as well as your own responses within the therapeutic relationship.

My approach is process-oriented and relational. Together, we will look at the interaction patterns that tend to co-emerge between therapist and client, and what these patterns may be communicating clinically. From there, we can consider how to support greater flexibility and clarity in the work.

We will also engage with integrative clinical approaches and interventions as they become relevant to your practice. While I draw from multiple modalities, my primary lens is attachment-based and trauma-informed.
